How does this Web-based service works? | |
| The system work in 5 steps as under: | ||
Step
1: Magna DigiTech will create an account for you
at its site and send you the password. You can log into this
account and upload the drawings. |

Step
2: Once we receive the drawings, we will follow your
instructions and upload the process drawings as .dwg files.
You will get an email whenever Magna uploads a file to your
account. |
||
| Step 3: You may then review the drawings and give us your feedback on them. | ||
Step
4: We will then make the necessitate corrections
and alterations and upload the revised drawings for your approval
and comments. |
||
Step
5: We then do the final correction as per the comments
and then re-check before uploading the drawings for use by
you. |

How do we communicate? | |
| We are accessible through emails and telephonic calls 24 hours-7 days a week. | ||

What is the file size? | |
| The file size can be of any type of sizes up to 10 MB. | ||
|
What kind of turnaround time is expected? | |
|
|
The turnaround time could be as low as 24 hours if you email the files, as we work in 2 shifts. | |

What are the CAD standards used? | |
|
|
We
set up CAD standards as furnished by the client. However in
absence of prescribed standards we use default standards conforming
to ANSI, ISO and DIN standards. |

What about the quality of the Drawing? | |
|
|
We proof-read each drawing after a check plot is taken. |
|

First level check will be done on screen | |

Second level check will be done on paper | |

Third level check will be done by Proof Readers | |
